At LightUp, we want your space to shine perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your lighting fixture, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in uninstalled, resalable condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repack the fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
