While we do not provide direct installation, all our fixtures come with comprehensive mounting hardware and instructions. For hardwired ceiling lights, we strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician.

What happens if my lamp arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

Can I return a light fixture if it doesn't fit my space?

Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been installed or had their wires cut to be eligible for a full refund.
